Job Description:
Lavender Polo Farm is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking summer students to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a beautiful lavender farm specializing in essential oil production, while gaining hands-on experience in sustainable agriculture, customer service, and farm-based business operations.

We’re seeking individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with planting, harvesting, and processing lavender crops
Provide a welcoming and positive experience for farm visitors
Support retail operations, including product sales and merchandising
Maintain cleanliness and organization across farm and visitor areas
Perform additional tasks as needed to support daily operations

Qualifications:

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry materials and remain on your feet for extended periods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in farming, tourism, customer service, or hospitality is an asset

Position Details:

Seasonal role from mid May to early September
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
