Browns Socialhouse Nanaimo

Browns Socialhouse Nanaimo is looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead one of the most exciting hospitality teams in the region.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Creating a positive and engaging culture where people enjoy coming to work
Leading by example and maintaining a visible presence on the floor
Delivering exceptional guest experiences and service standards
Hiring, coaching, developing, and retaining great people
Driving sales growth and restaurant profitability
Managing budgets, labour, food costs, and financial performance
Upholding Browns Socialhouse standards in food, beverage, and hospitality
Leading effective pre-shift meetings and ongoing training
Building team knowledge through education, product training, and development
Maintaining accountability and operational excellence throughout the restaurant

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a leader who enjoys building teams, developing people, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications include:

Minimum three years of restaurant leadership or management experience
Strong business and financial acumen
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A passion for hospitality, food, and beverage
Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
