The Product Delivery Specialist plays an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience by supporting the Sales Team through vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and personalized product education. Responsibilities include...

Deliver exceptional customer experiences by showcasing BMW/MINI products, features, and technology
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and engaging test drives tailored to customer needs
Assist customers in understanding vehicle functionality, technology, and ownership features
Support Sales Consultants by enhancing customer confidence and excitement throughout the purchase journey
Coordinate and complete vehicle deliveries using a high-quality, detail-oriented approach
Ensure vehicles are fully prepared, presented, and delivered in exceptional condition
Build strong relationships with customers and provide continued support throughout the ownership experience
Collaborate with Sales Consultants, Sales Managers, and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay knowledgeable on BMW/MINI products, technology, and evolving automotive trends
