Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and culinary arts, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients for menu items following standard recipes
- Cook and plate dishes according to established guidelines
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries
- Adhere to proper food handling procedures

Qualifications:

- Proven experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
