Your days will include:

Generate daily and weekly accounts receivable reports for accurate financial tracking.
Compile reports on customer credit to support effective decision-making.
Conduct thorough reviews of customer invoices to ensure precision and compliance.
Maintain and update customer accounts with the utmost accuracy.
Collaborate in processing customer claims, and enter and submit customer credits promptly.
Prepare and submit various non-product-related invoices.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

Business Administration Certificate is preferred.
Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is highly preferable.
Office administration experience is an added advantage.
Ability to apply accounting solutions to tackle business challenges effectively.
Proficiency in advanced computer skills, including accounting software and Microsoft applications.
Capability to thrive independently in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Strong communication skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to swiftly adapt to changing tasks and analyze data effectively.
Aptitude for pulling together information for ad hoc projects.
