Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/Cashier to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for customers while providing high-quality beverages and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, attentive to detail, and able to handle a fast-paced setting with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in hospitality and retail operations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards.
Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and process payments efficiently.
Greet customers warmly, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including counters, equipment, and seating areas.
Restock supplies as necessary to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Uphold company policies regarding food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a barista or cashier is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
