Overview

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Part-Time (PT) Baker to join our dynamic team! As a PT Baker, you will play a vital role in creating delicious baked goods, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delighting our customers with your culinary skills. Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble a variety of baked goods, and food presentation
Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, baking, and packaging products efficiently and accurately
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all stages of food handling and preparation
Provide friendly and attentive customer service, answering questions about menu items and dietary options
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to meet health regulations and safety standards
Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies, checking expiration dates, and restocking as needed

Experience

Previous experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
Skills in baking, and food presentation are highly desirable
Familiarity with food handling procedures, kitchen safety protocols, and basic cooking techniques
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create a welcoming environment
Experience with food packaging and maintaining cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
