We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Clinician to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will work alongside clients, families, Behaviour Technicians, and interdisciplinary professionals to develop and implement individualized, evidence-based interventions that promote skill development, independence, and improved quality of life.

What You'll Do
As a Behaviour Clinician, you will:
Assess, Plan, and Support Client Success
- Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments and client intakes.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and intervention protocols.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies based on data and outcomes.
- Provide direct intervention and clinical guidance when required.
Partner with Families and Care Teams
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, schools, and community partners.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to ensure successful implementation of behaviour strategies.
- Advocate for client needs and support a person-centered approach to care.
Lead Quality Clinical Practice
- Design and implement evidence-based interventions under clinical supervision.
- Analyze treatment data to evaluate effectiveness and support positive outcomes.
- Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure programs are delivered consistently and effectively.
- Maintain high standards of clinical practice, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
Support Staff Development
- Provide Behaviour Skills Training (BST) and coaching to Behaviour Technicians and support staff.
- Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and clinical supervision.
- Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Respond to Complex Situations
- Utilize de-escalation and crisis intervention strategies when required.
- Develop risk management and safety plans for clients with significant behavioural challenges.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients, families, and team members.

Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Psychology, Behaviour Analysis, Social Work, Child and Youth Care, Education, Human Services, or a related field.
- Experience in behaviour analysis, behavioural intervention, or a related clinical field.
- Experience supporting vulnerable children, youth, adults, and families.
- Knowledge of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based behavioural practices is considered an asset.

- Clear Criminal Record Check.
- Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Social Development Check.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- Clear and current Driver's Abstract.
- Reliable vehicle with valid registration and insurance (minimum $1,000,000 liability coverage).
- Ability to travel throughout New Brunswick and work in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.
- Flexibility to accommodate client schedules and service needs.
