Acadia Marjam is a market-leading supplier of drywall, steel studs, insulation, ceiling systems, and premium construction materials. Operating right here at our yard in Saint John, we serve commercial and residential job sites across the region. We are currently seeking a motivated, safety-conscious Boom Truck Operator / Crane Operator who knows the Greater Saint John area to join our growing local team.

What You Will Do

Precision Deliveries: Safely operate and maneuver boom trucks and cranes to deliver heavy construction materials to local job sites.
Onsite Leadership: Take charge on-site by safely positioning the vehicle and providing clear direction to the delivery team during offloads.
Safety & Service: Maintain a professional, safe, and courteous attitude while navigating Saint John streets and representing the brand with builders.
Physical Support: Assist with loading and unloading inventory, with the capability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs when needed.

What You Bring (Required Qualifications)

Licensing: Valid Class 3 Driver’s License.
Crane Experience: Proven experience operating a Boom and Crane safely.
Local Commute: Reliable means of transportation to get to our yard on time.
Professional Attributes: Punctual, flexible with daily shift lengths, and a strong problem-solver.
Core Skills: Strong communication, basic math skills, and the ability to execute instructions accurately.

(Preferred Assets)

Prior experience delivering drywall and heavy building materials.
Valid Forklift Certification.

Expected hours: 35.0 – 42.0 per week
