INVENTORY OPERATIONS & MARKETING MANAGER
Morrison Family Motors is looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated person to take ownership of our vehicle inventory process from arrival to sale.
This position will be responsible for coordinating vehicle reconditioning, managing inventory logistics, and ensuring every vehicle is properly prepared and marketed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle inspections, mechanical work, detailing, bodywork, and reconditioning
- Track every vehicle through the recon process and ensure work is completed on schedule
- Organize vehicle transportation, pickups, deliveries, and lot placement
- Inspect vehicles for quality and presentation before they are advertised
- Take professional photos and videos of inventory
- Create and manage online vehicle listings and social media content
- Work with sales, service, detail, and outside vendors
- Keep management updated on delays, costs, and inventory readiness
- Ensure vehicles are clean, priced, photographed, and ready for sale quickly
- Complete occasional dealership errands, including picking up parts, documents, vehicles, supplies, or other business-related items
The Right Candidate Will Be:
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple vehicles and deadlines
- Dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking responsibility
- Experienced with vehicles, dealership operations, logistics, marketing, or social media
- Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, photography, and online platforms
- Able to communicate clearly with employees, vendors, and management
- Detail-oriented and committed to high standards
Automotive or dealership experience is preferred, but we will consider someone with strong organizational, logistics, marketing, or operations experience.
This is an important position within our dealership. We are looking for someone who can take control of marketing, the inventory process, solve problems, and keep vehicles moving efficiently.

Compensation: Based on experience
