Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers between designated locations, ensuring a positive experience through excellent customer service. This role requires a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and a focus on safety and maintenance of the vehicle. The Shuttle Driver plays a vital role in maintaining efficient transportation operations and supporting the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities

Safely operate shuttle vehicles along designated routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, alighting, and answering questions professionally.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and proper functioning.
Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the shuttle vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with dispatch or management regarding route updates, delays, or incidents.
Follow all safety protocols to ensure passenger safety at all times.
Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents or maintenance needs.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills in English for effective interaction with passengers and team members.
Prior experience in commercial driving or transportation is preferred.
Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor.
Ability to operate and maintain shuttle vehicles responsibly and safely.
Good physical condition to assist with passenger needs and vehicle maintenance tasks.
Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with local routes.

Pay: $16.75-$18.00 per hour
