Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and a passion for providing excellent service.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Organize and tidy spaces to create an inviting atmosphere for clients.
Handle laundry tasks as needed, including washing, folding, and ironing clothes.
Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to company protocols.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.

Requirements

Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including standing for long periods and lifting light to moderate weights.
A valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
