The Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused, full-time Property Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Property Managers, Building Managers, and Accountants to keep our portfolio running smoothly. You’ll be at the heart of our operations. Helping us care for both our properties and the people and businesses that rely on them.

What You’ll Do – Key Tasks:

Support Property Managers with the daily operations of our portfolio
Draft and track tenant correspondence and building notices
Prepare and manage leasing documents for prospects and tenants
Code and process invoices and purchase orders in Yardi
Keep financial packages, service contracts, and tenant records up to date
Coordinate new utility setups for buildings and projects
Lend a hand to Property Managers and leadership whenever needed

What You Bring:

1–2 years of experience in property management administration (or similar)
Strong communication skills (verbal + written)
Excellent organization and time management, you can juggle competing priorities with ease
A positive, professional, and collaborative approach
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Yardi experience is a plus

What We Offer:

Salary range: $50,000–$60,000 per year
Benefits are available after probation, along with a vacation package that supports balance outside of work

This role is primarily in the office with the opportunity to work one day a week from home
