Charm & Champagne Beauty Studio is a beautiful Eco friendly hair salon located in the heart of Downtown New Westminster. We are looking for talented hairstylists that would like to join our team.

We’re looking for a Hair Stylist who is:

a licensed hairstylist with 3+ years of experience
skilled in creating personalized haircuts, colour, treatments, and styles that leave clients feeling confident and cared for.
has strong client service skills—you care about how people feel when they leave your chair.
eager to stay up to date on the latest trends and techniques.
Someone with a warm personality who values communication, kindness, and professionalism.
Ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
able to have meaningful conversations with clients to understand what they want and create a lasting positive impression.
a team player that’s comfortable in a busy salon environment and able to stay organized and on task.
Will bring good energy to the team and pitch in to keep the salon running smoothly.
Has the flexibility to help out at the front desk when needed—booking appointments, handling payments, and welcoming guests.
Has experience with recommending great products and upselling services to make the client experience even better.
Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and presentation.
Keeps their space and salon organized and professional in line with health and safety standards.
