Overview

Join our team as a Hardwood Refinisher and bring new life to beautiful wood floors! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for restoring, refinishing, and maintaining hardwood surfaces to their original luster and durability. Your expertise will help transform spaces, creating stunning and long-lasting results that clients will love. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship, attention to detail, and passion for quality work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare hardwood floors by sanding, grinding, and smoothing surfaces using hand tools and power equipment.
Apply stains, finishes, sealers, and protective coatings to enhance the appearance and longevity of floors.
Use construction skills to repair damaged flooring sections or replace worn-out boards as needed.
Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met and perform touch-ups or corrections as necessary.
Maintain a clean work environment by properly handling debris, dust, and leftover materials during and after projects.
Collaborate with team members to work toward common goals

Experience

No prior hardwood refinishing experience required. We're looking for individuals who are energetic, enjoy working with their hands, and thrive in a team environment.

Training will be provided on the job.
