We are currently recruiting candidates for inclusion in the Administrative Assistant Inventory (positions at the ST-SCY-2, ST-SCY-3, ST-SCY-4, CR-4, CR-5, AS-1, AS-2 levels) in anticipation of future vacancies in various federal government departments located in Ottawa, Ontario or Gatineau, Quebec. From time to time we may post unique types of temporary or permanent vacancies which cannot be filled through the existing Administrative Assistant Inventory. Candidates should verify the posted vacancies on a regular basis.
Please complete the questionnaire included with this poster to provide information on your experience in a number of subject areas related to the anticipated future vacancies for this Administrative Assistant Inventory. EXPERIENCE:
Experience in an office environment providing administrative assistance in areas such as Client service, Computer Skills, Correspondence/ Document Management, Correspondence/ Document Preparation, Finance, General Administration, Meetings/ Appointments, Organizing Special Events, Project Management, Purchasing / Contracting, Reception, Research & Analysis, Management/Supervision/Team Leadership, Other Languages or Travel.
