About us: Levida Furniture is a leading luxury furniture retailer in Ontario, specializing in high-quality, modern home furnishings inspired by European design. We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand through compelling marketing campaigns, graphic design, social media, and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Creative Content

· Design digital and print marketing materials including social media graphics, flyers, brochures, banners, in-store signage, catalogs, and promotional materials.

· Create visually engaging content that reflects Levida Furniture's luxury brand identity.

· Edit photos and videos for social media, website, and advertising campaigns.

· Assist with product photography, lifestyle shoots, and content creation.

Digital Marketing & Advertising

· Plan, create, and manage digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads,RedNote,WeChat Pinterest, and other marketing platforms.

· Assist in developing seasonal promotions, product launches, sales events, and branding campaigns.

· Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.

· Support email marketing campaigns and customer communications.

Social Media Management

· Develop and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Pinterest, RedNote, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

· Write engaging captions and create compelling visual content.

· Respond professionally to customer comments and messages.

· Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep our marketing fresh and effective.

· Track engagement, reach, and campaign performance through monthly reports.

Website & Brand Management

· Update website banners, product pages, blogs, and promotional content.

· Ensure all marketing materials maintain consistent brand standards.

· Assist with SEO initiatives and online visibility.

Marketing Coordination

· Coordinate marketing projects from concept to completion.

· Collaborate with sales, operations, and management teams to support company initiatives.

· Assist in organizing promotional events, showroom campaigns, and community marketing activities.

· Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Administrative Support

· Maintain organized marketing files and digital assets.

· Prepare monthly marketing reports and performance summaries.

· Assist with vendor coordination and marketing-related administrative tasks.

What you need to bring:

· 2+ years of experience in Developing Campaigns and Social Media Management.

· 2+ Designing Marketing Material.

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar design software.

· Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, X (Twitter), RedNote,WeChat and LinkedIn.

· Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational and project management abilities.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

· Fluent in English and Mandarin.
