York Professional Pet Sitting & Dog Walking is looking for reliable, compassionate, and committed dog walkers to join our team! We provide high-quality pet care to our clients in Newmarket, Aurora, and surrounding areas, and we need dedicated team members who can provide consistent service to our furry clients.
Provide private, on-leash dog walks in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.)
Offer in-home pet care visits (feeding, litter box cleaning, playtime, etc.)
Communicate with pet owners via our scheduling app
Ensure pets are safe, happy, and well cared for
Drive between client homes (must have your own reliable vehicle)
✅ We are especially looking for team members with weekday availability during our busiest time, approximately 10 AM to 3 PM. We also welcome applicants who can help with weekend coverage as part of a shared schedule.
✅ Able to accommodate occasional mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
✅ A true animal lover who enjoys spending time with pets
✅ Reliable, independent, and responsible—you are someone we can count on!
✅ Comfortable driving—you will need your own insured vehicle for travel between clients
✅ Physically active—dog walking requires being on your feet, walking long distances, and handling dogs of all sizes
✅ Financially stable—this is a part-time role, best suited for those who do not rely on it as their sole income
✅ A great communicator—professional, friendly, and able to update clients about their pets

✅ Previous pet care experience is an asset, but not required; training is provided.
