About us :

Forest Ridge began as a family run landscape design, installation, and maintenance company for over 25 years. We have since amalgamated with a nationwide company called Urban Life Solutions. We have divisions spanning from Ontario all the way to Alberta. Our division covers a variety of contracts throughout GTA and surrounding areas, with commercial and residential landscaping projects including hardscaping, softscaping, grading, retaining walls, planting, and sodding. We offer year-round work, including winter maintenance operations.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with experience driving trucks and towing trailers.
Safely operate company trucks and trailers to transport crew, equipment, materials, and tools to and from job sites.
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any vehicle or equipment concerns.
Safely load, secure, transport, and unload landscaping equipment and materials.
Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, graders, and hand tools.
Assist with grass cutting, trimming, edging, planting, mulching, weeding, clean-up, and general landscape maintenance as required.
Follow all driving, safety, and equipment operating procedures and maintain a clean driving record.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended hours when required.
Willing to assist with maintenance, construction, and winter operations as needed.

Essential Requirement :

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
Working mobile phone for calls and messages
Reliable transportation
Reliable , Punctual and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions .
Availability Monday through Saturday .
Ability to start before 6:00 AM from yard location.
Legally eligible to work in Canada
