Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Measure and cut metal roofing materials accurately using hand tools and blueprint specifications
- Install metal roofing panels, flashing, , and related components with precision and care
- Use hand tools such as hammers, drills, snips, and riveters to secure roofing materials effectively
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate installation processes
- Apply caulking and sealants to joints and seams for weatherproofing and insulation purposes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction, roofing, or handyman work with a focus on metal roofing systems
- Skilled in using hand tools such as hammers, snips, drills, and caulking guns
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during installation projects
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and technical drawings related to roofing projects
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques relevant to framing and roof structure preparation
- Experience with caulking, sealing, and waterproofing methods for roofing applications
- Valid construction experience with an emphasis on safety protocols and quality workmanship
