Full job description

Senior Order Processor - Cabinetry

Our client is a well-established manufacturer specializing in custom cabinetry, with over six decades of experience in the industry. They are seeking a Senior Order Processor to oversee orders from initial entry through design, quoting, and preparation for production.

In this role, you will act as a key liaison between customers, engineering, and production teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.

Responsibilities

Review and validate customer orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare, organize, and submit approved orders to engineering for custom drawings and to production for manufacturing.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and design inquiries related to cabinetry.
Manage service work requests as needed.
Maintain organized office records, files, and documentation.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience designing and entering orders for custom cabinetry.
Certification in Architectural Technologist or a related field is preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and drawings from industry-specific design software.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
