Overview

Robert Benevento Roofing & Siding is currently hiring experienced Roofers, Siders, and General Labourers to join our growing team. With over 30 years of trusted service across Niagara Falls and surrounding areas, we take pride in delivering top-quality workmanship with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and respect—on every job site.

We’re looking for hard-working individuals who take pride in their craft, show up on time, and work well with others. Whether you’re skilled in roofing, siding, or general construction tasks, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing and siding systems
Safely use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
Perform caulking, flashing, sealing, and waterproofing as needed
Tear off old materials and prep surfaces for new installs
Follow project plans and site instructions from supervisors
Lift and carry materials; work on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
Work well in a team to meet project deadlines

Skills

Experience in roofing, siding, or construction preferred (willing to train the right candidates)
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and safety practices
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
