Recreation and Logistics Facilitator (Casual) Niagara Falls, ON
Company: Xpera / Emergency Security Management (ESM)
Location: Niagara Falls, ON
Hourly Rate: $25.00/hr

Role Summary

We're seeking a dynamic Recreation and Logistics Facilitator to join our Niagara Falls project immediately. This is a temporary full-time, 100% in-person position with an open end-date according to business needs.

In this role, you will:

Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations, businesses and community partners to secure event, clothing, and other donations
Plan, coordinate, and execute recreational activities/events, including assessing transportation needs and working with the team to arrange appropriate logistics
Oversee all logistical aspects of event execution-setup, equipment procurement, on-site coordination and breakdown
Perform light administrative duties: generate budgets and reports; track donations and registrations; ensure data accuracy
Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Deliver exceptional customer service, liaising with stakeholders and participants to ensure smooth event experiences
Adapt quickly to evolving project needs, working 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of event planning, recreation coordination or administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior administrative experience (preferred)
Highly flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and fast-paced environments
Reliable transportation and valid driver's licence (preferred)
Local to Niagara Falls area (preferred)

Schedule

12-hour shifts, 7 days per week for the duration of the project
