Full job description

North-Wright Airways is looking for a DOM Assistant!

North-Wright Airways is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Director of Maintenance (DOM) Assistant to support our Maintenance Department. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient administration of aircraft maintenance records, regulatory compliance, operational coordination, and document control.

Location: Norman Wells, NT

Qualifications:

Previous administrative experience, preferably in aviation, maintenance, or another regulated industry.
Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Experience with WinAir, Smartsheets, or electronic document management systems is considered an asset.
Knowledge of aviation maintenance records and Transport Canada regulations is considered an asset.
