Job Type: Part-Time (as applicable)

We are seeking a professional, motivated, and customer-focused Marketing Team Member to join our growing organization. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting our customer outreach efforts, managing appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career in marketing, customer relations, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments.
Respond to incoming telephone inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
Maintain and update customer records and appointment schedules.
Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist with marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities as required.
Collaborate with team members to support organizational goals and business growth.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and office software.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or a related field is considered an asset.
Experience with appointment setting, customer outreach, or telephone communications is beneficial but not required.
