OVERVIEW

Our client, a leading organization with a strong reputation for operational excellence across multiple industries, is seeking General Labour/Process Workers for their North Bay and Sturgeon Falls locations. This is a flexible role where employees may be required to perform a range of tasks based on operational needs, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform a variety of general labour tasks, including but not limited to material handling, machine operation, assembly, packaging, and general site maintenance.
Assist in production processes by following established procedures and safety guidelines.
Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Load and unload materials, supplies, and finished products, ensuring proper storage and handling.
Perform quality checks on products and materials to ensure compliance with company standards.
Follow instructions from supervisors and managers, adapting to changing work requirements and priorities.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and safety briefings to stay informed and compliant with company policies.
Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to learn and apply mechanical concepts quickly in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting, bending, standing, and repetitive motions.
Willingness to work in various roles and adapt to changing tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to comply with safety standards and company policies.
Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
