**Full-Time Medical Secretary – Family Practice (Callander, ON)**

We are seeking a reliable and organized full-time Medical Secretary to join our busy family practice in Callander, Ontario. This role is ideal for an experienced medical administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is committed to providing excellent patient service.

**Responsibilities include:**
- Greeting and registering patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing appointment scheduling and phone calls
- Processing referrals, consults, and medical correspondence
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Supporting physicians with administrative and clinical tasks as needed

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a medical administrative role is required (3+ Years)
- Familiarity with PS Suite EMR is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and professionalism

**Position Details:**
- Full-time, four days per week,Monday to Thursday
- Competitive starting wage ( $20-$24/Hr based on experience)
- Supportive team environment in a well-established practice
