Horizon Pacific Contracting Inc. is a residential builder serving Greater Victoria and area. We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment.

We're looking for a motivated Construction Labourer or Carpenter Apprentice who is dependable, eager to learn, and ready to build a long-term career in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Assist carpenters and site supervisors with daily construction activities
Perform demolition, framing, insulation, and general carpentry tasks
Load, unload, and organize building materials
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Operate hand and power tools safely
Follow company safety policies and procedures
Work as part of a professional team to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications

Construction experience is required
Hand tools and PPE is required
Apprentice carpenters are encouraged to apply
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labour
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with reliable transportation required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
