Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our financial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial transactions, preparing reports, and supporting activities to ensure the financial health and growth of our organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in accounting and financial services to contribute to strategic financial planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Perform daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with organizational standards.
Monitor cash flow, investments, and budget adherence to optimize financial performance.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
Maintain organized records of all financial transactions for audit readiness.

Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Experience with investment management and portfolio analysis.
Familiarity with financial services industry standards and regulations.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and Office 365, especially Excel.
Effective communication skills for reporting complex financial information clearly.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This position is integral to maintaining the organization’s fiscal integrity and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
