Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This vital role involves managing daily administrative operations, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth office functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with various office management tools. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional environment where efficiency and customer service are prioritized.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone systems
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Excel and Google sheets
Handle filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible
Provide exceptional customer service through phone etiquette and direct support to clients or patients
Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up communications
Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
Coordinate with team members to ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properlySkills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer support experience
Ability to handle filing systems efficiently and proofread documents thoroughly
Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to new software or tools quickly
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyThis position is essential for maintaining efficient office operations while providing outstanding support to clients, staff, and management. Pay: $17.60-$30.53 per hour
