VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking to hire a full-time Front Office Associate to support the daily operations of our front office and administrative team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and professional experience for customers, visitors, contractors, and team members while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. As part of the VDK team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to a positive company culture, and play an important role in supporting multiple departments. In this position, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls and communications, coordinating administrative tasks, assisting with scheduling and office organization, and helping maintain a high level of efficiency, professionalism, and customer service throughout the office.

What You’ll Do

Welcome and assist customers, visitors, vendors, and contractors in a professional and friendly manner *Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier packages, and deliveries
Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation
Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate orders as needed
Provide administrative support to various departments and leadership team members
Process paperwork accurately while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail
Communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers
Support daily office operations and assist with additional duties as assigned

What You Bring

Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced workplace
Experience within manufacturing, construction, or service industries is considered an asset
