We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Online Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives, drive qualified leads, optimize online inventory visibility, and increase vehicle sales through multiple digital channels.
Position Overview
The Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that generate high-quality leads, increase website traffic, improve inventory visibility, and maximize online sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative, and experienced in automotive digital marketing, lead generation, and online inventory management
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on vehicle sales, financing, trade-ins, and special promotions.
- Develop targeted PPC campaigns that generate high-quality leads and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
- Manage Google Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, budgets, click-through rates, conversions, and lead quality.
- Implement conversion tracking, call tracking, and attribution reporting.
- Optimize landing pages and campaign funnels to improve lead conversion rates.
Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition
- Develop and execute innovative lead-generation strategies across multiple digital channels.
- Generate qualified automotive sales leads through paid advertising, organic search, social media, and referral channels.
- Create and optimize landing pages, lead forms, and conversion funnels.
- Manage CRM integrations and lead distribution processes.
- Develop automated email and SMS nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Identify and test new customer acquisition channels to increase sales opportunities.
- Continuously improve cost-per-lead (CPL) and lead-to-sale conversion rates.
Digital Inventory Management
- Manage and optimize online vehicle inventory across the company website and third-party automotive marketplaces.
- Ensure accurate vehicle descriptions, pricing, photos, specifications, and availability.
- Monitor inventory performance and identify opportunities to improve vehicle visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate inventory syndication to automotive listing platforms.
- Optimize vehicle listings using SEO best practices.
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content that promotes inventory, customer testimonials, promotions, and brand awareness.
- Manage paid social advertising campaigns.
- Build audience engagement and grow social media presence.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize accordingly.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track key marketing KPIs and lead-generation metrics.
- Analyze website traffic, lead sources, campaign performance, and conversion rates.
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and sales performance.
- Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM reporting tools.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
- Proven success managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience with social media advertising and organic growth strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO and lead-generation best practices.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Automotive industry experience.
- Experience managing online vehicle inventory.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of automotive marketplaces and lead providers.
