Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services while performing a variety of beauty treatments. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met. The Esthetician will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering high-quality services that enhance the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of esthetic services including body waxing, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in treatment areas and equipment.
Engage with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
Perform product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and services.
Assist at the front desk with scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
Foster a welcoming environment by delivering outstanding hospitality and guest services.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in esthetics.
Experience in retail sales is preferred, along with skills in upselling services and products.
Proficiency in various beauty treatments including hair styling, makeup application, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and nail care is highly desirable.
