Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our dedicated cleaning team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality are maintained across our property. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, and uphold exceptional service quality to create a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Your leadership will drive efficiency, foster teamwork, and promote a culture of excellence within the housekeeping department.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial tasks, to ensure timely and thorough service delivery
Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to uphold cleanliness standards and promote a positive work environment
Monitor cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in both guest rooms and public areas
Conduct regular inspections of rooms, corridors, and common spaces to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and proper maintenance
Implement efficient scheduling to meet occupancy demands while maintaining staff productivity
Address guest requests or concerns promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hotels or hospitality settings
Strong background in cleaning techniques, commercial cleaning practices, and janitorial procedures
Experience managing laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness standards across multiple areas
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration
Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards and best practices in housekeeping management
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
