Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Your expertise in nail artistry combined with excellent customer service skills will help clients feel pampered and confident. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents, grow your client base, and contribute to a positive salon atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements with precision and care.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance.
Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or retail products.
Upsell additional services or retail items to enhance the client experience and increase sales opportunities.
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a friendly, engaging environment that encourages repeat visits.
Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education.
Assist with retail sales by promoting nail care products and accessories that meet clients’ needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work.
Knowledge of body waxing techniques is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety procedures within the beauty industry.
Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently while maintaining a professional attitude.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
Valid licensing or certification as required by local regulations for nail technicians.
