Overview
Join our dynamic team as an On Road RV Technician, where your expertise will drive excellence in mobile recreational vehicle (RV) repairs and maintenance. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work directly at customer sites, providing top-tier service and ensuring RVs are safe, reliable, and ready for adventure. Duties

Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on various RV systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, propane and HVAC.
Conduct routine maintenance including sealing units.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to electrical systems, HVAC and appliances.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to disassemble, repair, and reassemble RV parts with precision and safety.
Repair or replace wall panels, countertops, cabinets ect.
Perform equipment repair tasks including plumbing repairs and HVAC servicing to ensure all systems operate smoothly during customer use.
Maintain detailed service records, communicate repair findings clearly to customers, as well as the service manager and uphold high standards of customer service throughout every interaction.

Qualifications

Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in carpentry electrical diagnostics and repair.
Hands-on experience with electrical systems including electrical wiring techniques.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques required for on-road repairs.
Ability to work independently on a daily basis.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
