Full job description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Case Coordinator on behalf of our client, a professional and team-oriented organization in Lower Sackville.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys a combination of administrative and customer service work. Working within the New Business department, you’ll help keep client cases moving by managing emails, updating information, completing follow-ups, and communicating with advisors and their staff.

The work is structured and can be repetitive, so this role would be a great fit for someone who enjoys following established processes, staying on top of details, and making sure things are completed accurately.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage and respond to a high volume of email inquiries through a shared inbox
Communicate professionally with advisors and their staff by phone and email
Review incoming new business documentation and ensure information is complete and accurate
Enter, update, and maintain case information within company systems
Complete regular follow-ups and ensure outstanding requirements are addressed
Maintain accurate records and document communications
Prepare and update reports and spreadsheets
Review information for accuracy and compliance and follow up when necessary
Work closely with other team members to keep cases organized and moving forward
Provide administrative backup and support to the team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional and confident when communicating with customers and business contacts
Comfortable managing a high volume of emails and working from a shared inbox
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new computer systems
Able to stay focused while completing structured and repetitive tasks
Strong time-management skills and ability to keep track of multiple follow-ups
Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to support and work well as part of a team

What’s in it for you:

$18–$22/hour, based on experience
Monday–Thursday from 8 am–4 pm to start, with the opportunity to work from home on Fridays once fully trained
