About Us

We are a fast-paced, wellness-focused chiropractic office looking for a dependable, organized, proactive Chiropractic Health Assistant / Team Lead to become a key part of our clinic operations and patient experience.

This is a hybrid role combining:

front desk coordination
patient communication
administrative organization
light leadership responsibilities

This position is ideal for someone looking for a stable, long-term role within a structured healthcare environment.

ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Patient Coordination

Greeting and checking in patients
Scheduling appointments
Managing patient flow throughout the day
Answering phones and assisting patients professionally
Processing payments and receipts
Supporting patient communication and education
Maintaining a warm and professional patient experience

Team Lead / Light Management Responsibilities

Monitoring clinic flow and organization
Assisting with KPI tracking and daily reporting
Monitoring inventory and clinic supplies
Helping maintain systems and accountability
Assisting with onboarding and training systems
Supporting operational efficiency and communication

Clinic Support

Assisting chiropractors and clinical staff as needed
Helping maintain cleanliness and organization
Supporting team workflow and patient experience

Requirements

Previous front desk, medical office, chiropractic, or healthcare experience preferred

Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
Experience with scheduling software or EMR systems is an asset

Training will be provided for the right candidate.
