Your job is to uncover those moments and turn them into content that inspires entrepreneurs, attracts exceptional talent, strengthens retail partnerships, and documents the journey of building iconic consumer brands.

As our Founder Content Operator, you'll work directly with entrepreneur Brad Woodgate to build one of the most recognized founder brands in North American consumer packaged goods (CPG).

This isn't a traditional social media role. It's an opportunity to combine storytelling, content creation, journalism, video production, personal branding, and entrepreneurship while creating content that makes a lasting impact.

This role is ideal for someone with experience as a Content Creator, Content Producer, Content Marketing Manager, Personal Brand Manager, Social Media Manager, Journalist, Video Producer, or Content Strategist.

What You'll Do:

You'll build and operate Brad Woodgate's founder content engine by identifying, capturing, creating, and amplifying stories happening every day within Joyburst and No Sugar Company.

Story Discovery

Identify compelling stories hidden within meetings, retailer relationships, product launches, innovation, manufacturing, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
Recognize content opportunities in real time and recommend the best way to capture and share them.

Content Creation

Capture behind-the-scenes photos, videos, interviews, and day-to-day founder content.
Create engaging LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters, podcasts, short-form videos, reels, shorts, and other digital content.
Edit and repurpose content across multiple platforms while maintaining Brad's authentic voice.

Content Strategy & Growth

Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
Track audience growth and engagement.
Recommend ideas to improve reach and content performance.
Build and maintain a searchable media library for future content.

What You'll Bring:

You'll likely have experience in several of these areas:

Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
Content creation and content marketing.
Video production and video editing.
LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, or other digital content platforms.
Personal branding or founder-focused content.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
AI-powered content tools such as ChatGPT.
Photography, videography, journalism, startup, creator economy, or CPG experience is an asset.

A portfolio showcasing your work is required.
