Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive <PERSON> to lead and oversee the operations of our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food industry knowledge, and a passion for hospitality. This role involves managing restaurant operations, supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards, and delivering exceptional service to our guests. The Executive <PERSON> will play a pivotal role in maintaining high-quality food preparation, fostering team management, and upholding the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards
Manage and train staff in food handling, safety procedures, and customer service best practices
Develop and implement operational policies to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimize food production efficiency and menu offerings
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with food safety regulations
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs effectively
Foster a positive team environment through leadership, motivation, and effective communication
Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Ensure adherence to all hospitality standards while promoting a welcoming atmosphere

Skills

Proven supervising experience within the food industry or restaurant management
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
Excellent team management and leadership abilities with a focus on staff development
Experience in restaurant operations, including food handling and service excellence
Ability to oversee kitchen activities while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
Exceptional communication skills to effectively serve guests and coordinate with team members
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and customer service best practices
