Full job description

We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced, certified fitness trainers with an outgoing personality, love for fitness, a team-player attitude and the ability to contribute to the community culture at our studio. If this sounds like you, we want to meet you!

Trainers of F45 lead functional and HIIT group training with high energy, knowledge and—most of all—fun! The right candidates must be confident and comfortable leading, speaking and demonstrating exercises to a large group of members in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate must balance compassion and motivation, keeping our members driven towards their goals safely. Trainers must be able to quickly provide regression and progression modifications in order to accommodate a variety of member needs.

Big opportunity to grow professionally and develop into further roles such as Studio Manager or Head Trainer. Looking for candidates that display leadership qualities and who are eager to advance their careers.

Responsibilities

-Lead and demonstrate the daily workout exercises, including modifications for all member needs

-Inform themselves of the workout the day before coaching, ensuring all videos and notes have been watched and read prior to class

-Be 100% engaged with members during the full 45-min workout

-Ensure the studio is maintained to the highest standard

-Develop and help keep a positive, motivational and community-based studio space for members

-Willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Provide a safe and fun F45 class.

Experience/ Qualifications

- Group training or other personal training certifications from a recognized institution

- Can-Fit-Pro, NSCA, ACE, CSEP, ACSM, NESTA, NASM

- Current first aid certificate; CPR C AED required.

- Must have current Personal Trainer Insurance Coverage.

- College fitness diploma or kinesiology degree; (Humber College or George Brown College - Health & Fitness Promotion, University of Toronto or York)

- Studio management experience is a bonus!

- Sales experience is an added asset. Additional bonus structure available.

Salary: $25.00 to $40.00 /hour (experience-based)

Personal Training: 2-3 years (Preferred)
Group Exercise Instructor 2-3 years (Preferred)
