Bilingual HR Business Partner

Location: Greater Toronto Area

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000

As the organization continues to expand, they are looking for an HR professional who can serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, support employees across multiple locations, and help drive key people initiatives that support long-term business success.

What Will You Do?

Partner with managers and leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
Build strong relationships across multiple business locations and support operational teams
Coach leaders on best practices related to employee performance, engagement, and development
Support recruitment efforts, onboarding programs, and talent acquisition strategies
Assist managers with succession planning, talent development, and career progression initiatives
Support HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding
Participate in HR projects focused on process improvement, organizational growth, and integration activities

What Do You Bring?

7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Business Partner, Generalist, or related HR leadership capacity
Bilingual communication skills in both English and French (written and verbal)
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong experience supporting managers through employee relations, performance management, and workforce challenges
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel within Canada
