This is not just a front desk role. This is a clinic operations role for someone who can manage multiple priorities at once, keep the clinic running smoothly, elevate the client experience, and play a key role in driving results.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily clinic flow and front desk operations
Manage multiple tasks, clients, providers, and priorities at once
Support monthly revenue growth
Manage client follow up and lead conversion
Support bookings, rebooking, memberships, and promotions
Track key performance metrics such as revenue, bookings, follow ups, and retention
Ensure an exceptional, elevated client care experience
Support staff accountability and daily operational excellence
Assist with inventory, supplies, room flow, and clinic presentation
Bring forward ideas that increase revenue, efficiency, and client retention

Who You Are:

Naturally positive and high energy
Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast paced environment
Sales confident and comfortable discussing pricing and treatment plans
Self motivated, reliable, and accountable
Detail oriented and calm under pressure
Passionate about aesthetic medicine and client experience
Experience in med spa, beauty, retail sales, hospitality, or luxury service preferred
Social media savvy is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
