Inside Sales Agent

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time | Compensation: 100% Commission — $1,500 per Closed Deal, Uncapped Earning Potential | Work Location: In person and/or online

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our growing real estate team. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential — your income is tied directly to the appointments you generate and the deals that close. Prior real estate or sales experience is preferred but not required — we provide hands-on training and mentorship. This makes it a great fit for young people and university students looking to build real-world sales experience and grow a long-term career, with flexible scheduling that can work around a class timetable. You'll manage inbound and outbound lead communication, nurture prospective clients, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively contact new and existing leads through phone, text, and email
Qualify prospective buyers and sellers through structured conversations
Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects using established communication plans
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A confident, professional, and personable phone presence
Strong organizational and time management skills
A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
Comfort with a fully commission-based pay structure

Preferred (Not Required)

Previous experience in inside sales, business development, customer service, or appointment setting
Real estate industry experience or knowledge
Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines

Compensation

100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential. Agents typically earn $1,500 per closed deal, with no limit on how many deals you can close.
