Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered treatment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where clinical expertise and excellent patient care are valued. The Family Physician will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote health, prevent illness, and manage acute and chronic conditions effectively.

Duties

Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments across diverse age groups, including pediatrics and adult patients.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, utilizing expertise in acute care, pain management, and home care.
Manage medication administration and monitor treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient encounters accurately using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner.
Collect and analyze patient data to inform diagnosis and treatment strategies.
Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling tailored to individual patient needs.
Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers as necessary.
Stay updated with current medical research and best practices to enhance patient care quality.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, including medical terminology standards and documentation protocols.

Experience

Prior hospital experience is highly desirable, especially in acute care settings.
Proven experience in research or clinical studies related to family medicine is a plus.
Demonstrated proficiency in medical office operations, including data collection and documentation.
Experience with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner is preferred.
Background in pediatrics, pain management, or home care enhances candidacy.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration procedures.
Previous roles involving patient care across diverse populations are advantageous.
