Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Home Instead in [City]. In this vital role, you will provide essential support to older adults, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to deliver exceptional, personalized care.
Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support clients with Alzheimer's and dementia care needs
Monitor patient health and report any changes
Assist with medication administration as needed
Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote well-being
Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
Strong understanding of elderly care principles and practices
Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred
Experience with Alzheimer's and dementia patients is highly desirable
Ability to assist with ADLs effectively
Excellent communication skills and empathy towards clients
Reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
Willingness to undergo background checks as required.
