Torqline Distributors

We are a wholesale Tire and Wheel Distributor based in Edmonton, Alberta. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our customer base, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will help you thrive in a fast-paced environment where business development and customer engagement are at the forefront. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise, technical knowledge, and negotiation skills to make a significant impact.

Duties

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and B2B networking in your territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail tire stores, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct in-depth needs analysis to recommend appropriate Tire and Wheel products that align with client needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively while maximizing value for both parties.
Collaborate with inside sales, customer support and management to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze sales data to exceed monthly sales targets.
Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally.
Excellent analysis skills for assessing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
Familiarity with CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Wheel and Tire sales experience is preferred, automotive experience is a major asset.
Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client support.
Representing Torqline Distributors at industry events, trade shows, and dealer visits.
