ProAll International Manufacturing Ltd., located in Olds, AB, is seeking a Fabrication Technician who will be responsible for performing various tasks related to metal fabrication, including cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components and structures. This position does not require any welding techniques. We are growing and this is an excellent opportunity to join a positive team in a fast-paced, safety-oriented environment.
Location: Olds, AB | Shift: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
- Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
- Familiar with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Forklift and overhead crane experience is an asset
- Experience working with a laser table, bandsaw and break is an asset
- Self-motivated and can work well under limited supervision
- Time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Team oriented, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Problem solving skills and strong work ethic
- Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Think and react to changing conditions as needed
- Flexible to accommodate varying shift times, if necessary

What We Are Looking For:
- Fabricate metal components using cutting and shaping techniques
- Operate and maintain various tools and machinery, including, grinders, bandsaws, and laser tables and breaks
- Set up and adjust machines and equipment for production runs
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies in fabricated parts
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work related processes
- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on various tools and machines
- Follow all safety policies and maintain integrity
- Use PPE as required and report any safety hazards or incidents immediately
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Follow up with supervisor and maintain accurate records of production activities, including materials used, time spent and products completed, issues encountered
