We're looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our Olds office. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working with a diverse client base, and take pride in delivering accurate financial information, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Bookkeeper, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients by:
- Managing bookkeeping for clients across a variety of industries
- Completing data entry and reconciling bank and credit card accounts
- Preparing and filing GST returns
- Assisting with month-end and year-end bookkeeping processes
- Communicating with clients to answer questions and ensure deadlines are met
- Working closely with our accounting team to provide exceptional client service
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience in a public accounting firm
- Experience with IFirm, Caseware, Profile, Sage, QuickBooks, and AgExpert
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management abilities
- A commitment to accuracy and outstanding client service
Assets that will set you apart:

- Personal income tax preparation experience
