Sales Manager – Rogers Telecom

Location: Toronto, ON
Job Type: Independent Contractor | Commission-Based
Pay: CA$200.00 – CA$500.00 per day*
Work Location: Hybrid

Dios Management is expanding its Rogers telecom sales operations in Toronto and is looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to help grow our customer acquisition team.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced outbound sales professional, telecom sales representative, sales leader, or high-performing closer who understands how to generate opportunities, engage customers, close sales and develop a productive sales team.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
Recruit, onboard and develop new sales talent
Coach representatives on prospecting, customer engagement and closing
Conduct regular training and performance coaching
Set daily and weekly sales objectives
Monitor individual and team sales performance
Develop strategies to improve conversion and customer acquisition
Help representatives overcome objections and improve closing techniques
Lead by example and maintain strong personal sales performance
Track team activity, sales results and productivity
Motivate the team in a competitive, target-driven environment
Maintain high customer-service and compliance standards
Participate in regular sales meetings, training and performance reviews

Who We're Looking For

2+ years of outbound, field, telecom or direct sales experience preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong prospecting, communication and closing skills
Previous experience leading, coaching or training sales representatives is an asset
Telecom experience with Rogers, Bell, TELUS, Fido or another provider is an asset
Strong ability to handle objections and negotiate with customers
Competitive, energetic and results-oriented personality
Ability to recruit and develop sales talent
Strong leadership, accountability and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Access to a reliable vehicle is an asset
Incorporated or willing to incorporate as an independent contractor

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity.

Earnings vary based on individual sales, team production, product mix and overall performance.

The compensation structure rewards both sales performance and leadership. High-performing managers can increase their earning potential by developing productive representatives and consistently achieving team sales targets.
